Lardners Solicitors is a growing, boutique General Law practice situated in Mount Eliza on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria. Lardners Solicitors has been an established firm name in the local Legal Industry for more than 20 years.

We are seeking to employ a dynamic and dedicated senior solicitor with 5+ PAE ideally in general firms, and with wills and estates planning and family law experience.

Flexible working hours offered including full-time hours spread over 4 day week. Will consider part time hours also and flexible hours worked, however minimum of 30 hours required. Professional development and growth is encouraged and supported and investment in further learning offered.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Strong organizational and communication skills;

Experience in General practice and/or Family Law;

Proficiency in cloud-based practice management software such as Smokeball or similar;

Precise legal drafting skills;

Attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines.
