WAVES is a boutique hair salon in the heart of Carlton, known for our modern style, relaxed atmosphere, and loyal client base. Established in 2018, we’ve built a reputation for premium service and a strong team culture — now we’re looking for a passionate qualified hairdresser to join us as we grow.

The Role

As a WAVES stylist you’ll:

Deliver precision cutting, colouring, and styling services

Build genuine client relationships with a focus on rebooking and long-term loyalty

Work with Wella products and high-end treatments

Collaborate with our small, supportive team

Enjoy a balanced roster of 4 days per week ~38 hours, with one Saturday off per month (Closed on Sundays)

About You

A fully qualified hairdresser with salon floor experience

Confident in colour and cutting across all hair types
