We are actively seeking a Systems Trainer to join a highly respected national law firm, based in Sydney. Supporting the ongoing learning and development needs nationwide, you will provide crucial contributions to this high-performing team.

The role:

• Deliver induction training to new starters on internal systems including Aderant, Work 10 (iManage), pdfDocs, Microsoft Office, and other core legal applications
• Design and facilitate ongoing training for existing staff, including refresher sessions and updates for new product releases
• Develop and maintain training manuals and materials
• Assisting the Learning and Development Manager with a yearly national training calendar
• Be involved in exciting project rollouts firm-wide

About you:

• Previous experience in a Systems or IT training role ideally within a law firm environment
• Strong exposure to legal document management and practice management systems
• Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
• The ability to learn new systems quickly and with confidence
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt training to suit different learning styles
• A collaborative approach to working within a team
