The Role

We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and mature-minded individuals to join our team as Domestic Assistance Support Workers.

In this role, you will provide in-home support to NDIS participants and aged care clients, focusing on maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.

Key Responsibilities

• • Providing domestic support, including light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation

• • Supporting clients to maintain a safe, organised home environment

• • Promoting independence and dignity in all tasks

• • Practising common sense and safety at all times

• • Building positive, respectful relationships with participants

About You

• • Have a compassionate, professional, and reliable approach

• • Are mature-minded with strong attention to safety and detail

• • Can work independently and use good judgement

• • Are committed to supporting participants' individual needs and preferences

• • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• • Have a minimum of 6 months experience in domestic assistance or aged care support

• • Must have experience specifically in in-home care services

Requirements

• • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain

• • NDIS Worker Screening Check must be obtained before starting work

• • Current Police Check (or ability to obtain)

• • Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle

• • Proof of working rights in Australia

• • COVID-19 vaccination status in line with current requirements
