As a valued member of our Inpatient Rehabilitation and Orthopaedic team, you will:

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients across a range of rehabilitation and orthopaedic needs

Apply your clinical expertise to facilitate goal-directed care and patient recovery

Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and experience

Engage in continuous professional learning and clinical development

Participate in quality improvement activities to support innovation in care delivery

Support new and junior staff, contributing to a culture of mentorship, safety, and excellence

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation aligned with hospital standards

What makes a difference for us?

We’re seeking an individual who brings:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Recent clinical experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting

FIM (Functional Independence Measure) trained or willingness to undertake

Demonstrated clinical leadership and a commitment to best-practice care

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, patient-centred approach

Strong time management and decision-making skills

Ability to work all shifts across a 24/7-day roster
