Prime West Constructions is a family-owned construction business, based in Gnangara. We are looking to hire general labourer(s) to support our team in building outstanding and affordable houses for our clients.

General Duties

· Assist with site preparation and clean-up

· Load and unload materials and equipment

· Operate basic hand and power tools

· Support tradespeople and supervisors as needed

· Follow safety procedures and company policies

Key responsibilities:

· Fencing: install temporary fences and safety sign to secure site and the work area.

· Delivery – pickup and delivery material if required

· Lock up site – responsible to check and lock up sites after working hours

· Outdoor paving and Landscaping- assist in paving outdoor and landscaping if required

· Tiling- Assist fixing tiling if required

· Install, lock and towel rail- Assist with installation lock and towel rail

· Parging - assist painting slab if required

What We're Looking For:

· Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks

· Strong work ethic and positive attitude

· Ability to work independently and in a team

· Previous labouring experience is essential

· Minimum of 6months previous labouring experience required

· Building trades experience preferred

· Valid White Card

· Valid C Class Driver's Licence

· Current National Police Certificate

· Australian permanent residency or work rights required
