Whitpro Pty Ltd, established in 2005, is a proudly locally owned and operated business in the Whitsundays. Over the years, we have grown into a diverse operation with services spanning:

Water, parcel, and landscape supply deliveries

Nursery and irrigation shop

As we continue to expand, we’re developing a dedicated site to support our growing operations. We are now seeking motivated individuals to join our team and contribute to our exciting next chapter.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and dependable HR/HC Truck Driver / All-Round Operator to assist across multiple areas of our operations. This is a long-term, stable role offering:

Key Qualifications & Experience

Minimum HR licence (HC licence preferred)

Strong driving skills — comfortable navigating steep and narrow driveways (water and landscape deliveries)

Experience with crash box gearboxes (advantageous but not essential)

Physically capable of climbing ladders and working at heights (e.g. filling water tanks)

Able to work independently and within a team

Basic mechanical knowledge, including daily vehicle checks

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Your role will be varied and may include:

Transporting materials to and from the landscape supply yard

Local and Townsville delivery runs

Seasonal water deliveries

Operating machinery (e.g. Bobcat, excavator)

Assisting with vehicle and machinery maintenance checks and reporting

Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
