What We're Looking For

Passion for motorcycling and genuine desire to share your knowledge with others

Certificate IV in Training & Assessing or willingness to obtain (you can start work after completing just 3 units!)

Essential units: TAEDEL412, TAEDEL311, and TAEDEL411 - available through online study or TAFE Victoria with flexible options

Valid full Victorian motorcycle licence with minimum 3 years riding experience

Strong communication skills - ability to engage and teach students of all ages and backgrounds

Problem-solving abilities - quick thinking to address any training session challenges

Weekend availability - flexible schedule including weekends

Career Progression: Permanent part-time opportunities available upon Certificate IV completion

Your Role

Deliver comprehensive motorcycle training (theory and practical) to students of all skill levels

Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement

Conduct training sessions primarily on weekends with some weekday opportunities

Maintain detailed student progress and assessment records

Ensure training equipment and motorcycles are well-maintained and safe

Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Create a positive, encouraging learning environment
