Frankie Rehab is an OT provider in Melbourne. Our current team members have a wide range of experience across NDIS, public health, aged care and operations/management so you'll be working alongside some of the best. We work in a hybrid model with a mix of office, WFH and time on the road seeing clients.

Annual Leave: 5 weeks, pro rata

Tools of the trade: You'll be provided with a laptop and mobile phone, as well as access to our own internal resources, templates and time-saving tools.

Supervision: Become the best OT you can be with access to amazing, experienced OTs who can guide you through your career and clients. We love supporting our staff.

Office: We work in a hybrid model and are often on the road supporting our clients, but when we are in the office, its lush. The office we work from provides free breakfast Tuesdays, free coffee Wednesdays, monthly lunches and monthly wine and platter nights. It has free parking and is easily accessible to the main roads making travel easy.

Caseloads: You'll be working with some great clients who require your OT support for their therapy goals, or one-off assessments like FCAs or Home & Living Assessments. We can craft your caseload to meet you learning goals as well as your OT scope.

Flexibility: We loooove giving our staff flexibility. Whether that looks like working the days or hours you prefer or popping into a school event or appointment on a whim, you can make it work for you. Life's too short to feel locked in to work hours.

😍 Who You Are:

A qualified Occupational Therapist (full AHPRA registered) - we are looking for junior and mid level OTs.. we have roles starting in October/November and in the new year.

Passionate about the work you do as an OT, and the results you achieve for your clients.

A team player and a good communicator!

Have, or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check, and Police Check.

You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s license.
