About the role

Mindset Marketing is seeking passionate and driven Face to Face Fundraisers to join our team in Adelaide, SA. As a Face to Face Fundraiser, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with the local community to raise funds for important causes. This is a casual, Full Time role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a real difference.

What you'll be doing

Approaching members of the public in high-traffic areas to discuss charitable causes and obtain financial donations

Providing excellent customer service and educating potential donors about the organisation's mission and impact

Achieving daily and weekly fundraising targets through effective communication and persuasion skills

Maintaining detailed records of all donor interactions and contributions

Collaborating with the wider fundraising team to share best practices and support each other's success

What we're looking for

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire potential donors

Sales or customer service experience, preferably in a fundraising or charity-related environment

A genuine passion for making a positive impact and supporting important causes

A confident and outgoing personality, with the resilience to handle rejection
