Our Team
Our in-home Nurses deliver specialised, high quality nursing care to older Victorians in our residential homes and in client homes in our local communities. They enjoy working within a supportive, respectful environment where their expertise and empathy are valued and rewarded. Growing professionally while maintaining a sustainable work/life balance, our Nurses enjoy ongoing opportunities to progress their careers. The Role
We are looking for experienced Nurses to join our in-home nursing team in the Eastern Suburbs
- $41 to $48 per hour – With NFP salary packaging
- A strong learning culture with paid training hours to build your skills and our own Scholarship Program

About you
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A current AHPRA registration (Bachelor of Nursing or higher)
- The ability to show empathy and treat others with dignity and respect, and a collaborative approach to working with residents, staff, colleagues and other key stakeholders
- An understanding of the home care legislative framework and requirements, including safe medication administration
- A high level of accountability for your own work
- Own car and driver's license with comprehensive insurance
- Current CPR and police check
- A friendly and positive attitude with the ability to demonstrate client-focused behaviour
