- Generous Compensation: Earn between $91,000 to $102,000 per year, plus salary packaging and superannuation.
- Ample Leave: Enjoy 5 weeks of annual leave.

- Visa Sponsorship: Available for eligible applicants after a 6-month probation period
💡 What you'll be doing:
- Provide trauma-informed, culturally safe support via phone & face-to-face
- Complete risk assessments, safety planning & referrals
- Work closely with caseworkers, legal, health & housing services
- Support women to access justice and advocacy pathways
- Engage in reflective practice, supervision & team-based learning
🌟 What we're looking for:
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work or related field OR Diplona in Community Services OR experience in related fields
- Experience in DFV or related social services
- Knowledge of trauma-informed & strengths-based practice
- Strong risk assessment & safety planning skills
- Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
