• Extensive Training & Development: Grow your skills and advance your career.
• Generous Compensation: Earn between $91,000 to $102,000 per year, plus salary packaging and superannuation.
• Ample Leave: Enjoy 5 weeks of annual leave.
• Relocation Assistance: We provide relocation help, including 4 weeks of accommodation and travel support.
• Visa Sponsorship: Available for eligible applicants after a 6-month probation period

💡 What you'll be doing:

• Provide trauma-informed, culturally safe support via phone & face-to-face
• Complete risk assessments, safety planning & referrals
• Work closely with caseworkers, legal, health & housing services
• Support women to access justice and advocacy pathways
• Engage in reflective practice, supervision & team-based learning

🌟 What we're looking for:

• Tertiary qualification in Social Work or related field OR Diplona in Community Services OR experience in related fields
• Experience in DFV or related social services
• Knowledge of trauma-informed & strengths-based practice
• Strong risk assessment & safety planning skills
• Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
