About the roles
We have Expressions of Interest available for multiple roles across metro Adelaide (North, West, CBD/East and South) for our Inclusive Employment Australia service, commencing 1 November 2025. An exciting opportunity to be involved from the ground up in the development of the service, we're seeking people with a genuine passion for supporting people with a disability into long-term, meaningful employment.
FTE: Multiple full-time roles available. We are open to considering part-time working arrangements.
Location: Multiple locations across metropolitan Adelaide (North, West, East/Adelaide CDB and South).
Employment Coaches
$88,090.08 - $94,788.72 (SCHADS Level 4) + super + salary packaging
Supporting people with disability and other complex barriers to secure and maintain meaningful, long-term employment.
Specialist Employment Coaches
$100,776.00 - $105,340.56 (SCHADS Level 5) + super + salary packaging
In addition to the Employment Coach duties, the Specialist Employment Coach will:
Work within correctional facilities with pre-release participants.
Engage with participants with complex needs and barriers to employment.
Liaison with justice-related stakeholders and agencies, such as the Department for Correctional Services, with the intention of supporting participants to find and maintain employment.
Engage with employers to advocate for workplace adjustments and opportunities for participants to find and maintain employment.
Team Leaders
$119,093.52 - $124,073.04 (SCHADS Level 7) + super + salary packaging
Leadership and oversight of a team of Employment and Senior Employment Coaches, providing mentorship and support to develop a high-performing team, drive results and foster growth.
Building strong employer, local agencies, referral sources and community stakeholders and promote inclusive hiring practices for people disability, injury, or health conditions.
Ensuring high-quality, compliant service delivery that meets quality and performance targets.
Modelling OARS CT's values, culture and expectations as a leader in the organisation.
About you
To ensure your success working in the Inclusive Employment Australia service, you'll bring:
A strong alignment to OARS CT’s organisational values and culture.
A qualification in Employment Services or similar field, or equivalent relevant experience.
An understanding of the justice system, employment barriers for ex-offenders, and the ability to advocate for opportunities for participants with offending histories.
Proven experience in developing tailored employment solutions for justice-involved clients, including skills matching, interview preparation, and motivational interviewing.
Strong knowledge of legal and compliance requirements around employing participants with criminal histories, ensuring ethical and responsible practices.
Ability to meet targets and work towards clearly defined KPIs.
Knowledge of local and regional labour markets, with the ability to identify employer needs and match suitable participants.
A National Police Clearance and a Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
