We're seeking an Intermediate Business Services Accountant to join our tight-knit team. In this role, you'll engage in providing accounting, taxation, and advisory services to an established portfolio of clients

Your Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients both in person and electronically.

Prepare Tax Returns for individuals, companies, and trusts (SMEs)

Generate SMSF Tax Returns and Financial Statements

Create special purpose Financial Statements

Lodge BAS, IAS, FBT, and Payroll Tax

Perform bank reconciliation, payroll, and other bookkeeping tasks via Xero and MYOB

Manage ATO lodgements and client correspondence.

Provide necessary tax-related advice and planning.

Desired Skills and Experience:

CA/CPA qualification or currently studying.

4+ years' experience in an Australian CA/CPA firm

Advantageous to have Xero experience.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Australian permanent residency or citizenship required.
