The Role

We are seeking a Project Officer, Wellbeing to join a State Government organisation on a contract until November 2025. This role will be responsible for providing program and project advice and support. This will include preparing project plans, undertaking research, monitoring and reporting on wellbeing work status, communications, initiating and managing meetings, establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project plans, budgets, reports, and briefing materials
• Manage procurement processes, documentation, and recordkeeping
• Coordinate meetings, events, and consultation processes
• Support delivery of wellbeing initiatives and continuous improvement activities

About You

• Proven experience in project support, program delivery, or policy projects
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Familiarity with procurement and recordkeeping in government settings
• Excellent organisational and written communication skills
