About the role

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a vibrant hospitality environment? We are looking for enthusiastic part-time or casual Waitstaff to join our team at Fat pomelo' in Narrabeen, NSW. As a Waitstaff, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless dining experience to our customers, ensuring they leave with a smile on their face.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and welcoming manner

Providing recommendations on menu items and specials

Taking orders accurately and communicating them to the kitchen in a timely manner

Delivering food and beverages to tables with a high level of customer service

Ensuring the dining area is kept clean, tidy and well-stocked

Handling cash and card payments with exceptional attention to detail

Contributing to a positive team environment and assisting your colleagues as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Wait person or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide personalised service

Strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle the fast-paced nature of the job

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure

A passion for food and beverages, and a desire to provide an outstanding dining experience

Availability to work full-time shifts or on a casual basis, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
