Duties include kitchen set-up, food prep, washing dishes, general clean up and assistance to the Chef's when required.

Your working week will be Wednesday through to Sunday, 11am - 3pm then 5pm - close with Monday and Tuesday days off.

The hourly rate is:

Hospitality Industry Award - Casual Rate, Level 1:

Monday - Friday $31.19 per hour

Saturday $37.43 per hour

Sunday $43.66 per hour

Monday - Friday there are penalty rates for time worked after 7pm with a minimum of $2.81 per hour with a maximum of $14.05

Accommodation is $250 per week fully furnished inclusive of all utilities and wi-fi.
