We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our growing private practice in West Melbourne. Our therapists work with clients of all ages with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, disordered eating, neurodivergence, relationship/family issues. You will be working in a modern, upscale office space located just outside the CBD and a short walk to public transport and schools.

About the position

In this contract role, you will provide high-quality and evidence-based interventions to clients of all ages in our thriving practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of our growing multidisciplinary team. The role is a flexible contract position that allows you to manage your own schedule and provide in-person and telehealth services.

What we're looking for

A fully registered Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Clinical registrars will also be considered.

Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Psychologist in a private practice or similar setting.

Demonstrated experience providing evidence-based psychological therapies to children, adolescents and adults.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability and desire to work collaboratively with clients, colleagues and other healthcare professionals.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to contribute to the growth and evolution of the practice.

Ability to dedicate at least 2 days per week to seeing clients on the premises.

We are seeking clinicians who have experience in treating trauma and other complex presentations. Candidates with training in EMDR will be prioritised.
