Autism SA is seeking a passionate and experienced Manager (IEA) to oversee our Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) operations across South Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned leader or someone ready to progress into a management role within a values-based organisation.
About the Role
In this leadership position, you’ll be responsible for guiding a high-performing team of Autism Employment Consultants to deliver employment outcomes for participants. You’ll play a key role in strategic growth, contract compliance, and stakeholder engagement, while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development of the IEA program
Lead and support staff to meet individual and site KPIs
Deliver high-quality employment and customer service outcomes
Oversee IEA contract performance and compliance across the region
Contribute to NDIS program delivery and strategic business development
Provide accurate reporting and insights to the Business Operations Manager
Promote and uphold Autism SA’s values across all sites
What You’ll Bring
Minimum two years’ experience managing teams within Disability Employment Services or similar employment services
Exceptional organisational and strategic planning capabilities
Strong leadership and performance management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience in development and managing budgets
Strong reporting acumen, with the ability to analyse data and produce clear reports
Knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance standards
Competency in maintaining confidentiality and data security
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
Proficiency with Office 365, CRM systems and digital tools for reporting and record keeping
Current Driver’s Licence
Working with Children clearance
NDIS Clearance
Desirable:
Tertiary qualifications in management or a related field
Experience working with or supporting people with disability
