Salary Grade: SNSW Grade 5/6 (base salary $90,767 - $103,729 plus superannuation and leave loading)

Eligibility: This is a targeted role for people with disability only - applicants who don't identify with a disability will not be considered. About Service NSW
Service NSW is a government agency in New South Wales that makes it easier for people to access a wide range of government services. Whether online, over the phone, or in person at one of our service centres, we're here to help-and we're looking for passionate, motivated individuals to join our team.

We work as the main contact point for several NSW government departments, including Transport for NSW and Births, Deaths and Marriages. Our services cover everything from applying for licences and permits, registering births, and paying fines, to helping businesses access support.

This Employment Program is designed to support people with disability to gain valuable experience, contribute to the community, and help us deliver services that make life easier for the people of NSW. As an intern, you'll play an important role in helping individuals and businesses get the support and services they need.

About you
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should:
-Carry out tasks to deliver services according to privacy requirements and laws.
-Deliver high quality services in a professional manner to create a positive experience in what may be a high-volume environment
-Have effective communication skills
-Be able to collaborate and meet deadlines in line with frameworks
-Be enthusiastic and open to learning new things

  • a third assessment to be determined
