About the Role

You’ll work in a multi-disciplinary team, delivering tailored exercise physiology care to veterans and the broader community. Responsibilities include:

Conducting assessments and developing personalised exercise programs

Tracking outcomes and adjusting plans to maximise client independence

Collaborating with the wider health team, clients, and families

Delivering services in-clinic, community settings, and via telehealth as required

Supporting service delivery across NDIS, DVA, Medicare, and general rehab contexts

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology

ESSA accreditation (mandatory)

Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

Passionate about veterans and clients with complex needs

Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative culture
