• Base Salary of $80,000 - $95,000 + Super + Commission

Why You’ll Love This Role:

• Base salary of $80,000 - $95,000 + Super (based on experience)
• Commission bonus of 40% of the hourly rate for each hour above your 20 billable hours per week

• Work with both adults and paediatrics with a caseload tailored to your areas of interest

Professional Development & Support:

• $4,000 PD Allowance per year
• Optional weekly, fortnightly or monthly supervision with a Team Lead SP (20+ years' experience)
• Structured onboarding with a gradual caseload ramp-up
• Senior support team always accessible – including NDIS and operational guidance

Your Role:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based speech pathology services
• Conduct assessments and interventions across a diverse client base
• Prepare NDIS reports and letters of recommendation when required
• Maintain a strong client-centred approach in both clinic and community environments

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• SPA membership
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Drivers license and own vehicle
