About the Opportunity We’re working with a well-funded global SaaS scale-up that has just raised US$80M to fuel their next stage of growth. They already power millions of user interactions around the world every month, and now they’re expanding their product and engineering footprint into Sydney.

As part of this expansion, they’re creating new incubation squads dedicated to building 0→1 products in the areas of marketing and loyalty. These squads will run with the autonomy and pace of a startup, while being backed by the reach, scale, and resources of a global business.

The Role As Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a central role in defining and crafting intuitive, user-centred experiences that make a meaningful difference. You’ll work as a true partner alongside product and engineering, solving customer problems end-to-end — from research and discovery through to design craft and delivery.

This is a hands-on role where your ideas won’t just sit in a Figma file — they’ll come to life fast, reaching thousands (and soon millions) of end-users.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing intuitive, end-to-end user experiences informed by research, data, and customer feedback
  
  
• Running and contributing to user research, discovery, and usability testing activities
  
  
• Partnering closely with engineers and product managers to ensure design intent is carried through to implementation
  
  
• Applying and extending the company’s design system, ensuring consistency and scalability
  
  
• Creating clear, user-friendly content and interaction flows
  
  
• Sharing work openly, giving and receiving feedback, and contributing to design documentation
  
  

About You We’re looking for a designer who thrives in fast-moving, collaborative environments and is motivated by solving real-world problems.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have 8+ years’ experience as a Product Designer, ideally across SaaS or product-led environments
  
  
• Are confident owning the full design process — from early discovery and research to polished UI and engineering handover
  
  
• Bring a strong foundation in design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards
  
  
• Enjoy working within and evolving a design system
  
  
• Balance creativity with pragmatism, using data and feedback to guide decisions
  
  
• Communicate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  
  
• Are open to feedback, proactive in building strong design culture, and motivated by seeing your work ship quickly
