Truck Driver – Construction Team (Theodore)

$72,055.49 + Allowances + Superannuation (up to 12%)

Banana Shire Council is looking for a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our Construction Team in Theodore. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining trucks, carrying out general labouring tasks, and undertaking traffic control duties.

You will have the following qualifications:

Current QLD Class 'HC' driver's licence

QLD Construction White Card or Blue Card (General Safety Induction)

Highly Regarded Qualifications & Experience

Experience in operating heavy vehicles within a construction and maintenance infrastructure environment.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment under minimal supervision

Sound literacy, numeracy and oral communication skills and ability undertake Learning and Development opportunities, as required

Implement Traffic Management Plans (ITMP)

Traffic Controller

Other plant operating tickets/licences
