What You’ll Bring

Pilates qualification (Mat or Reformer or Cert IV minimum – we support ongoing education too)

Experience in delivering full body and layered classes to suit members at various levels. (Newcomers are welcomed)

A growth mindset and desire to mentor or be mentored

A love of movement and people – especially helping women thrive

The Details

Our starting rate for newcomers is $56/hr inclusive progressing to $75.60/hr inclusive (Pilates Mentor level). Your experience will determine your starting rate

Regular class blocks across 18 locations in WA

Ongoing paid PD, mentoring, and clear career development

Quarterly conversations & regular observations for growth
