About the role

We’re seeking experienced Electricians to join a major new-energy construction project focused on building hydrogen electrolyzer infrastructure. You’ll be involved in installing, aligning, and assembling electrical components on site, working closely with a team of industry experts.

This is a great opportunity to contribute your trade skills to a cutting-edge clean energy project, with the benefit of a convenient location just 30 minutes from Brisbane CBD.

Work on the construction of a cutting-edge hydrogen demonstration plant, located just 30 minutes from Brisbane CBD at Bulwer Island.

Local role with regular 10-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday.

Project starts mid-October and runs through to June 2026, offering steady work over the medium term.

Competitive pay: $60.00 - $62.00 per hour plus a tool allowance to support your gear.

Penalties apply after 7.6 hours per day, calculated on your base hourly rate.

Who do we want to hear from?

· Minimum 4 years’ experience as an Electrician with Cert IV in Electrical Instrumentation working on large scale maintenance or construction projects within the resources industry

· Trade Certificate

· EEHA (Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas)

· Cert IV in Electrical - Instrumentation

· Hold the following Nationally Accredited Qualifications:

· Unrestricted Electrical Licence (QLD)

· CPCCWHS1001 White Card

· RIIWHS202E Enter and work in confined Spaces (Desirable)

· RIIWHS204E Work safely at heights (Desirable)

· Ability to pass a project specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen
