Job Opportunity: Roller Shutter Manufacturing and Assembly Worker

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacturing & Assembly: Assemble roller shutters, including frame and motor installation, according to specifications and quality standards.

Quality Control: Inspect components and finished products for defects to meet safety and performance standards.

Machine Operation: Operate and maintain machinery, ensuring smooth production flow.

Material Handling: Safely handle and organise materials for production and manage inventory.

Installation Assistance: Prepare shutters for delivery and assist with installations as needed.

Safety Compliance: Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised work environment.

Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to prevent delays.

Documentation & Reporting: Track production progress and material usage.

Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues and supervisors to meet production goals.

Key Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly (e.g., construction, fabrication) preferred, but not required.

Experience with roller shutters or similar products is a plus.

Ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy items.

Proficiency with hand and power tools (e.g., drills, screwdrivers, saws).

Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.

Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
