We are currently seeking experienced Maintenance Fitters for multiple full-time opportunities across several clients in industrial and food manufacturing settings.

Join dynamic maintenance teams where you’ll carry out mechanical servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a wide range of plant and equipment. These roles offer overtime opportunities and the chance to work in fast-paced environments.

Depending on the site, your duties may include:

Preventative and breakdown maintenance

Machine operation, setup & adjustment

Troubleshooting and fault-finding on mechanical systems

Supporting installation of new & refurbished machinery

Fitting and machining work

Monitoring quality & safety standards

Shifts Available (will vary from role to role):

Day, Afternoon & Night shifts.

12-hour shifts, working no more than 3 days in a row over a fortnightly roster.

Overtime paid at Double Time

What We're Looking For:

Trade Qualification Fitter or Mechanical Fitter (mandatory)

Experience in food manufacturing or heavy industrial production

Strong mechanical aptitude & fault-finding skills

Ability to work independently & as part of a team

Exposure to SAP or MEX maintenance systems (advantageous)

Additional Requirements:

Current up to date resume

Proof of Right to Work in Australia (e.g., Australian Birth Certificate, Passport or Permanent Residency Visa)
