We’re currently seeking energetic people who are looking for Casual work for an outdoor retail sales role and delivery driver.

Please note these positions will involve permanent weekend work at our farmers market across Sydney either a Saturday or a Sunday Or both if you’re open to it.

A little about us: Noble Organics are an Australian family owned and operated business. We made our first appearance at the local Sydney Farmers Markets in 2013 and in the last 12 years we have gone from strength to strength. We have our shop in Morisset Square too.

The successful candidate will ideally:

Have experience in a retail butcher store or retail food environment

Have superior customer service skills

Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Be reliable and punctual

Be a able to demonstrate initiative and work independently within a small team.

Drivers Licence Required P2 or higher

To be Fit and active

Duties include:

Front of store assistance with stock management

Responsible for the cash handling and inventory reporting

Receiving and managing targets

Reporting on collated dated and performance using KPIs

Ability to work unsupervised

Ability to solve problems naturally

flexing between our shop and Markets

Early starts and long days
