Direct Personnel Services is currently recruiting motivated and reliable Labourers for an industry-leading precast concrete yard located in the Newcastle region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team with full-time hours, ongoing work, and plenty over overtime.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in labouring or concreting (precast experience highly regarded
• White Card – essential
• Forklift ticket – highly desirable
• Welding experience – highly desirable
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
• Reliable transport to and from site
• Able to commit to 38+ hours per week
• Safety-focused with a strong work ethic
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

Daily Duties Include:

🔹 General yard work & site maintenance
🔹 Assisting in the manufacturing of precast concrete products
🔹 Manual handling and moving materials
🔹 Welding tasks (if experienced)
