- $83,591 – $95,076 per annum (depending on skills and experience), plus an all-incidence allowance of $7,863 per annum, an employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About us
The Albury Electorate Office is the point of contact for constituents and local community groups to engage with the Member for Albury, Justin Clancy MP, regarding state government services and responsibilities.
About the position
Electorate officers are the initial point of contact for all constituent enquiries. The role involves administrative and secretarial functions to support the Member and ensure the efficient operation of the electorate office.

Selection Criteria
The following Selection Criteria form a specific part of the selection process. Applicants for this role are required to address each of these items specifically in their application.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to relate to others with empathy and consideration as well as to liaise with community groups, government and non-government organisations, ministerial offices and the media.
- Excellent writing skills including the ability to prepare correspondence, briefing notes, submissions, speeches, newsletters and media releases.
- Demonstrated superior organisational skills to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated capacity to exercise sound judgement and ability to perform at a high standard under limited supervision and within a team environment.
- Good word processing/keyboard and computer skills in an office environment.
