About the Role:

Reporting to the Cleaning Supervisor, the role is responsible for ensuring the hygienic cleanliness and quality of the factory and office areas. The role may also involve forklift operation, basic storeman duties and working within strict food safety and workplace safety standards. The successful candidate will be required to work both independently and as part of a team with flexibility across various shifts including afternoon shift. Training on in house systems will be provided.

Duties:

Daily cleaning of all production areas, office and factory outlet area

Cleaning and sanitising machinery

Operating cleaning equipment

Using appropriate chemicals/cleaning products safely

Some storeman work may also be required including pallet wrapping and operating a forklift

Skills and Experience:

A current forklift licence

Be physically fit

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work unsupervised and prioritise job tasks accordingly
