You are able to tailor your fellowship to a particular subspeciality area of interest. Opportunities exist for protected training time to included rostered time with other specialty services relevant to the candidate's area of interest ie Cardiac Cath Lab.
The rosters include protected training lists as well as non-clinical time for CPD plus Registrar and Anaesthetic Technicians trainee teaching. You'll work occasional afternoon shifts during the week, alongside a registrar. In the second six months of the year additional SMO on call hours will be introduced.
