We’re an established, client-loved skin & laser clinic in Armadale looking for a passionate Diploma-qualified Beauty/Dermal Therapist to grow with us. You’ll work alongside a supportive team, receive ongoing advanced training, and be rewarded for your outcomes and client care.

What You’ll Do

Conduct thorough skin consultations and create tailored treatment plans.

Deliver advanced treatments (training provided/refreshers as needed), including:

HydraFacial

Dermapen 4 Skin Needling (plus RF Needling – Secret DUO where applicable)

Healite LED

Epidermal Levelling

Peels (Lira Clinical, BioRePeel etc.)

Cosmelan (experience ideal, training available)

Build results-driven homecare using iS Clinical, Lira Clinical, Saint Minerals.

Maintain meticulous notes and hygiene standards; contribute to a smooth, professional client experience.

Drive results through confident consultations, rebookings, and retail recommendations - ensuring KPIs are achieved through great service.

About You:

Our ideal candidate is:

A Diploma-qualified Beauty Therapist (or Dermal Clinician) with a passion for skin health and results-driven treatments.

Confident in conducting thorough skin consultations and educating clients on tailored treatment plans and homecare.

Comfortable recommending the best solutions for clients - knowing that great service and education naturally lead to rebooking and sales.

A skilled communicator with a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.

KPI-driven, with a focus on rebookings, treatment upgrades, and retail recommendations.

Experienced in skin or laser treatments (laser experience a bonus).

Excited to learn, grow, and share success in a supportive team environment.

The Nuts & Bolts

Location: The Skin Boutique, Armadale (High St, close to public transport).

Employment: Full-time (4 days) or part-time; Saturdays required.

Pay: $32–$34+ p/h (based on experience) + weekly commissions + incentives. Extra hours available if desired.

Start: ASAP (smooth onboarding provided).
