The Role
- Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and implement creative and engaging educational programs
- Track and document each child’s learning and development journey
- Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for all children
- Develop tailored learning plans to support each child’s individual growth
- Provide hands on guidance to help children achieve their developmental milestones
Role Requirements
- Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Current Working with Children’s Check (Blue Card)
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Full working rights within Australia
The Company
This beautiful service based in Mackay; Queensland is seeking their next ECT! Opening their doors between 6:30am – 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. This is a purpose-built service with a large outdoor area filled with stimulating activities for the children. The classrooms are filled with natural light and amazing facilities.
