Elite Resource Australia is seeking a qualified High Voltage Electrician with supervisory experience for a major inline fuse replacement campaign on a large-scale solar farm (35,000+ fuses). This is a minimum 2-month project with excellent site conditions, consistent hours, and a strong operational team.

⚡ Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate HV electrical crews during inline fuse replacement works

Perform HV isolations, testing, and commissioning across substation, MV panels, and MCR room

Oversee safety compliance, permit-to-work systems, and daily task briefings

Conduct inspections on switchboards, inverters, and fuse arrays

Ensure accurate reporting, SCADA monitoring, and fault response

Liaise with site management to maintain productivity and safety standards

✅ Requirements:

QLD Electrical Licence (HV certified)

Demonstrated ability to work on HV systems within substations, MV panels, and MCR environments

Construction White Card

LVR/CPR (current)

Supervisory experience in solar or HV maintenance

Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport (DIDO preferred)

Willingness to work across both day and night shifts
