We are seeking experienced Landscapers to join our team on a fixed term contract with potential for ongoing employment. You will play a key role in delivering a variety of civil landscape projects across Melbourne.

You’ll be part of a supportive team, working in a positive environment that values safety, teamwork, and quality.

Skills and Experience

Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans

Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met

Resolve problems when they arise

Reporting on progress to Senior Project Manager/Site Foreman

Key Requirements

In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and HSE guidelines

Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints

Excellent organisational and leadership skills

Ability to communicate and report effectively

Problem-solving abilities

Good physical condition and stamina

Cert III in Landscape Construction highly desirable

A current valid driver’s licence.

A Construction Induction Card (White Card)

A current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or are in the process of obtaining.

Important Information (FWA Compliance)

This role is offered as a fixed term contract.

Depending on project requirements and business needs, there may be opportunities for extension or transition to ongoing employment.

Employees engaged under a fixed term contract have the same entitlements as permanent employees under the National Employment Standards (NES), including annual leave, personal/carer’s leave, and other conditions.
