About the role

Multiple opportunities available to provide Specialist geriatric clinical services and medical leadership in the Geriatric and Rehabilitation Services across RBWH / STARS. Supervise and educate undergraduates and postgraduates in the service.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams involved in the care of patients who are under the responsibility of this position.
• Take part in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching of medical students from the University of Queensland School of Medicine.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of Geriatric and Rehabilitation services to STARS, RBWH and MNH. Participation in the implementation and evaluation of new and existing services.
