EXPERIENCED DOGMAN OPERATORS WANTED | $40–$45/HR + PENALTIES
Location: Logan & North Brisbane

We’re on the lookout for two experienced Dogman operators with a minimum of 12 months’ hands-on experience as a Dogman. One role is based on a civil construction site in North Brisbane, and the other is in Logan. As the main Dogman, you’ll be operating the Pegasus crane, playing a crucial role in safely guiding loads, coordinating with crane operators, and supporting the site crew to keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.

This isn’t just any short-term gig,it’s a long-term opportunity on a 12-month project with a nationally respected builder known for quality and professionalism. If you consistently demonstrate your skills, reliability, and team spirit, there’s a genuine pathway to move from a casual labour hire role into a permanent position on the builder’s books. What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating as the lead Dogman on civil sites
• Being a team player who helps out with site cleanup at day’s end
• Assisting tradies on rainy days or when machine work isn’t possible
• Supporting the crew and keeping things safe and efficient

Pay & Conditions

• $40–$45 per hour + 12% super
• Travel allowance of $21.95 per day
• Meal allowance after 9.5 hours
• Time-and-a-half and double-time for overtime
• Weekly pay
• Casual position with full-time hours
• Immediate start

What You’ll Need

• Current Dogman Ticket - 12 months experience
• White Card
• Experience working safely with cranes, riggers, and lifting operations
• Strong safety awareness and a team-first attitude
• Own transport preferred
