What You'll Be Cookin’ Up:

  • Inspire and lead a passionate crew to serve up those finger lickin' good experiences every day
  • Oversee the daily sizzle – rosters, inventory, training, and performance
  • Make sure every piece of chicken is served to Original Recipe standards (aka: safe, fresh, hot, and delicious!)
  • Keep your restaurant running like clockwork with a sharp eye on food safety, hygiene and WHS
  • Drive results like a boss – boosting sales, managing costs, and making smart decisions
  • Create a crew who care – building a culture that’s inclusive, fun, and high on team spirit

What You’ll Bring to the Bucket:

  • Customer-first mindset with proven experience handling feedback and turning tough moments into great ones.
  • Strong communicator - clear, confident, and effective across both written and verbal channels.
  • Tech-savvy operator with solid computer skills to manage systems, reporting, and day-to-day operations.
  • Leadership legend - experienced in hiring, training, performance management, and leading teams through challenges.
  • Business-smart - confident with P&Ls, payroll, and store admin to drive results and keep things running smooth.
