Looking for a truck driver to drive a 14 pallet rigid trucks for Brisbane local pick up and delivery work. MUST HAVE MANUAL HR LICENSE (Condition B synchromesh or unrestricted).

Operating out of a depot in Acacia Ridge, you will be required to deliver and pick up majority palletised freight in and around the greater Brisbane, Ipswich, Moreton Bay and sometimes Gold Coast regions. The majority of our work is curtainside forklift on and off, however, we do have some customers who require tailgate and pallet jack deliveries (electric pallet jack supplied).

Shifts start from as early as 5am so you will need to be available to start early and work for an average of 10 but up to 12 hours per day, Monday to Friday (weekends off). Choice to work as full time employee or on ABN.

Safety shoes/boots and Hi Vis clothing is required, however, company uniforms will be provided within a few weeks. You will be communicating regularly with our customers and the fleet allocation team so good customer service and communication is important. You will also be required to keep your cloths clean, be presentable with good personal hygiene.

All of our staff undertake a pre-employment medical and police check (company will pay) provide current driving history and sign a contract of employment. Please note that the medical check includes drug and alcohol screening. Random drug and alcohol testing is also undertaken in our workplace.
