Floor Staff | Join our Passionate Front of House Team

We’re on the lookout for passionate, outgoing, and motivated floor staff to join one of Sydney’s most unique and vibrant entertainment venues.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a talented team and develop your hospitality skills over the summer. We're looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about delivering outstanding guest experiences and possess excellent communication skills.

Availability: You must be available to work Friday and/or Saturday nights.
Qualifications: A current NSW RSA and RCG are essential.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking floor staff with the following skills and attributes:

2-3 years’ experience in restaurants, pubs or hotels

Strong attention to detail and immaculate personal presentation

Willingness to learn and grow within a team environment

Reliable, punctual and available for late night shifts

Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask

A strong work ethic and commitment to excellence

Friendly and personable, with the ability to build rapport with guests
