About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong Payroll Analyst to play a critical role across payroll analysis, testing, and system support. You will be responsible for analysing and mapping payroll data and the role will also see you working closely with stakeholders to resolve issues while ensuring compliance with awards and agreements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analysing and mapping payroll data to support accurate processing
• Managing and resolving pay differences in collaboration with stakeholders
• Designing and testing pay elements
• Supporting payroll processing and end to end testing
• Interpreting awards and enterprise agreements to ensure compliance
• Building strong relationships across HR, payroll, and operational teams

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in payroll analysis, processing, and testing within complex environments
• Strong award and EBA interpretation skills
• Exposure to SAP and SuccessFactors highly regarded
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A proactive and detail oriented approach to problem solving
