HSS is currently seeking experienced Operators to join a large, long-term project near Boddington with one of WA’s most respected contractors.

With multiple new crew requirements, there’s never been a better time to get on board. These are full-time, ongoing roles offering stability, great rates, and a chance to grow your skills on a major South West operation.

Scraper Operators

D10/11 Dozer Operators (Surge Pile, Rehab, Bench Prep Experience)

Articulated Dump Truck Operators

Rigid Dump Truck Operators (CAT 785/777)

Grader / Watercart / Small Loader Operators (CAT 966) – Allrounders welcome

Loader / Excavator Operators (CAT 988 – 100T+ Excavators) - – Allrounders welcome

Roster & Pay:

4/4/5/5 Sportsman Roster – dayshift only

12-hour shifts

Excellent rates: Base + penalties + $4/hr project allowance

To Be Considered, You Must Have:

Minimum 12 months’ experience in surface mining and or rehabilitation

Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug & Alcohol Screen

National Police Clearance (current or willing to obtain)

Valid Australian Driver’s License

Australian working rights (unfortunately no sponsorships)

Location & Transport:

DIDO/BIBO (daily) – no camp accommodation provided

Bus transport available from Mandurah, Pinjarra & Dwellingup

Applicants need to reside within 30 minutes of a bus pickup point, OR, within 45 minutes drive of site (Boddington)
