The Role
We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join a leading food manufacturer on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an afternoon shift role offering stability, excellent pay, and long-term career prospects.

• Permanent full-time position
• Afternoon shift (Mon–Fri)
• $45–$50 per hour + 15% shift loading + super
• Food manufacturing environment

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducting preventative and breakdown maintenance on food manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical faults
• Working with conveyors, packaging, and processing machinery
• Ensuring plant reliability and minimal downtime

What You Need

• Trade qualified Maintenance Fitter (Cert III Mechanical Fitting or equivalent)
• Previous experience within the food or FMCG industry preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance systems
• Safety-focused with a strong work ethic
