We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Supply Chain Coordinator for a full-time role on a 4-month basis. This is an exciting opportunity to support busy supply chain operations while ensuring smooth international logistics, accurate demand forecasting, and strong coordination with suppliers and partners. The Role
Reporting into the supply chain team, you'll be responsible for coordinating international orders, managing demand forecasting, and ensuring compliance with import/export requirements. You'll also play a key role in reducing stock shortages, supporting sales growth, and building strong relationships with logistics providers and franchise partners. This role would suit someone confident, adaptable, and experienced in international supply chain and logistics environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate international orders with suppliers, 3PLs, and freight forwarders
• Forecast demand by analysing sales trends and promotional activity
• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas partners and logistics providers
• Ensure all import/export documentation and compliance requirements are met
• Help reduce stock shortages and support sales growth initiatives
• Share supply chain updates and insights with the wider team.

About You

• You bring proven experience in international import/export logistics
• You're confident with Excel and other computer systems, with strong analytical skills
• You have excellent communication skills and a sharp eye for detail
• You're a true team player with a proactive, service-driven approach
• You enjoy balancing operational accuracy with building strong partnerships
