Lead the GANT x Myer Concession – A Role for an Experienced Retail Generalist

We’re looking for a capable and self-motivated Concession Manager who has a love of fashion and a passion for styling to take charge of our GANT x Myer pad.

If you're someone who takes pride in running a space smoothly and values strong customer relationships, this could be the ideal opportunity.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you’ll be the key person responsible for the day-to-day success of the concession. You’ll mostly be working solo, supported by a small casual team—so confidence, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership are essential.

This role suits someone with a strong work ethic and an appreciation for a well-run, organised space. You might be an experienced full-timer, a reliable second-in-charge, or someone returning to the workforce—looking for a stable role that lets you apply your skills without the demands of managing a large team.

What You’ll Do

Take full ownership of the GANT concession pad

Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, approachable manner

Maintain high presentation standards, including merchandising displays and stock management

Manage daily operations with confidence

Follow all procedures and uphold safety standards

Prepare straightforward weekly reports and maintain open communication with your Regional Manager and Head Office support team

Build rosters, ensure coverage, and be the reliable presence on the floor

Build and maintain positive relationships with neighbouring concession teams and Myer colleagues, supporting a collaborative and professional store culture

Assist with onboarding and training when required

What We’re Looking For

Previous retail supervisory or management experience—ideally in fashion or department store environments

Someone who thrives in a hands-on role and values consistency and pride in their work

Confident with basic administration, store presentation, and delivering excellent service

A natural people person who brings professionalism, warmth, and reliability
