Membership Consultant - Multi-Site Role

We're expanding our successful Anytime Fitness operation and seeking a Full-Time Membership Consultant to work across our three established clubs in Quakers Hill, St Marys, and Glenmore Park. This is your opportunity to join a proven team and contribute to our continued growth!

About the Role

You'll be the face of our brand, helping people begin their fitness journey while supporting our experienced management team. This multi-site role offers variety, professional development, and the chance to work with our diverse, inclusive community.

Reporting to the Club Managers, your key responsibilities include:

✅ Member Experience & Retention

Creating a welcoming, supportive environment for all fitness levels and backgrounds

Conducting member service calls and building lasting relationships

Helping maintain our positive, inclusive club culture

✅ Sales & Business Growth

Following our proven membership sales process

Booking and conducting club tours and consultations

Supporting marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns

Building relationships with local businesses and community partners

✅ Daily Operations Support

Assisting managers with administrative duties

Maintaining club presentation standards

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

Minimum 1 year customer service/sales experience

Excellent communication skills (face-to-face and phone)

Current driver's license and reliable vehicle (travel between sites)

Energetic, self-motivated, and highly organized

Genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others

Team player mentality

Flexibility to work across all 3 locations as required

Availability for Saturday shifts (essential to the role)

Certifications Required (or willingness to obtain):

First Aid/CPR certificate

Working with Children Check

Police Check certificate
