T&G Earthmoving Contractors and Skip Bin Hire are an O'connor based Earthmoving and Skip Bin Business, due to continual expansion, we are seeking a motivated employee to join our crew as a plate compactor operator / labourer.

YOU WILL REQUIRE :

You will hold a current HR, MR minimum license to operate a 3 to 5 t compactor truck with a clean driving record

Be well presented and physically fit

Able to pass pre employment drug and alcohol test.

Have your own reliable transport and be punctual.

Hold current white card

WHAT WE OFFER :

We are a boutique Earthmoving Co with approx 20 employees carrying out earthworks in the residential market.

We cater for high end, high quality earthworks to Perth's premium builders.

Commencing at 6.20 am in our O'connor yard you will carry out light truck daily inspections to your vehicle and small plate compactors prior to use, and head to site with our plant operators to commence your day.

Your role will include, prestart inspections to vehicles and plates, general work to backfills, pads or retainers along with operation of Dynapac plate compactors, jumping jacks and laser levels on variable residential sites in Perth metro area.

Be able to think for your self and use your initiative.

Placing levels to site and working closely with plant operators to form site pads refuelling equipment.

We are looking for long term employees to advance into plant operating as we continue to grow, with this important role forming the basis of your employment.

You will be required to work alone to complete compaction, penetrometer testing and screeding completed sand pads and place signage to sites on completion.

You will be required to maintain the light vehicles you operate, cleaning and washing the vehicle weekly and keeping it in good order, along with tools, plate compactors and alike.
