Qualifications & experience

Proven experience as a field service technician preferred but not required, preferably with forklift or heavy equipment is preferred but not required.

Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a service schedule effectively.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Tasks & responsibilities

Conduct on-site repairs and maintenance of forklifts and other material handling equipment across various brands.

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, providing efficient and effective solutions

Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Maintain detailed service records and provide clear communication to customers regarding repairs and service needs.
